This class is perfect for the student who enjoys the weekly
commitment and continued learning of a semester class and is an
ideal continuation from Beginning Yoga 1. It is also a good place
to start for those looking to refine their alignment and reconnect
to their yoga practice. Join experienced teacher, Jeremy Blair, to
explore movement with safe alignment, build strength and
flexibility, learn tools for relaxation, and experience group
support and connection.
Not available on Wednesdays? No problem! Our Online Beginning Yoga 2 session includes access to a recorded copy of each week’s class. Access to the weekly recordings expires one week after the last class. The online class will be livestreamed Wednesdays at 5:30pm and includes time to ask questions and connect with Jeremy and other class participants.
Drop ins are available for $18/class but the recorded session will not be shared. Drop ins are livestream only.
