Prerequisite: Pilates Reformer Fundamentals
(1x minimum)
This class is ideal for anyone new to Reformer work as well as
for experienced practitioners who want to fine-tune their
technique. We'll stick with the basics, but that doesn't mean you
won't get a workout. The better your form, the more challenging the
exercises will be. It's only easy until you understand the work!
Learn to make the most of each exercise and kick your own butt in
class! ;-)
