This class is a
prerequisite for participation in ALL OTHER Reformer
classes.
For those with experience, this will be an opportunity to learn our
procedure for equipment set-up and tear-down so that we can
maximize time in your future classes with a great workout rather
than spending valuable fitness time on machine mechanics and
procedures.
PLEASE NOTE: YOU MUST HAVE A HOME REFORMER TO
PARTICIPATE IN THIS CLASS
For folks new to Reformer work, this is your opportunity to
learn machine set-up and basic exercise transitions to ensure your
success in class. This class is your jumpstart to understanding the
meaning of our cues and reasoning behind spring choices, so you can
modify appropriately and thus maximize your time in class
(oftentimes, less spring tension doesn't equal less work). The
better your understanding of the machine and the more precise your
form is, the more challenging the easiest exercises will
become.
