Prerequisite: Participants in this class will have a better experience if they have taken group Reformer classes for a minimum of 6 months or have 6 private training sessions under their belts. This class requires a solid understanding of alignment cues and how to interpret them physically.
Not just core conditioning: In this spring-based, total-body resistance workout, we will touch on improved flexibility and strength for every muscle right down to your toes. This is a Level I-II class; some individuals may find private instruction or more experience in Reformer 1 classes necessary to participate comfortably. Approval for participation in this class is at the instructor's discretion.
