Work your core and restore! In this 4 week online Pilates mat program we will build on endurance, challenge the core, and end each week moblizing joints to restore our bodies. Program will mostly be a no equipment core-burner (just your own body weight & your mat!). We will occassionally incorporate small weights (2-3lbs) and will build on progressive sequences to get your heart rate up! Classes take place 3 times a week live on zoom. All classes are recorded if you cannot attend the live class.
Monday: Core Conditioning 5pm
Wednesday: Core Endurance 5pm
Saturday: Restore your Core 10am
