Balancing Body,
Mind & Breath can assist you in manage your pain and everyday
stress . This class includes using bolsters, meditation, guided imagery and
physical movements in a non-invasive way. Using yoga to restore
your health. It may include Mukunda's “Joint freeing Series” and
Yoga Mudra's “Yoga with your hands” as well as movements and sounds.
Requirements: must be able to move from standing to the floor
without help.
