This class is a perfect choice for those who want a more therapeutic yoga class. Lots of breath work, poses that are perfect for the beginner, and/or those with injuries. Mostly done sitting or laying down on the mat and/or the bolster pillow. Comforting and relaxing!

Special Instructions

PLEASE NOTE: If you are a beginner, this a class that you build upon. For your first class, do what you can and please rest until you have the energy for the next exercise. Don't compare yourself to others, pay attention only to the teacher, and over time you will be able to make it through the entire 50 minutes!

New clients must register and pay online before attending. This is our policy for all new clients, to ensure the electronic liability waiver is signed. 24 cancellation policy for all classes and appointments.
