Go through a traditional Vinyasa yoga flow, while focusing on correct form and breath. This is one of the more challenging Yoga classes, lots of standing: up dog, down dog and salutations which helps strengthen the upper body. When practicing Ujjayi breath, you completely fill your lungs, while slightly contracting your throat, and breathe through your nose. Great Yoga class for strengthening and toning!

Special Instructions

PLEASE NOTE: If you are a beginner, this a class that you build upon. For your first class, do what you can and please rest until you have the energy for the next exercise. Don't compare yourself to others, pay attention only to the teacher, and over time you will be able to make it through the entire 50 minutes!
