Due to our new acquaintance, COVID-19, and the unfortunate nature of having to close our facility, we here at RISE are offering exclusive classes to our members that you can access from the comfort of your own home.
Dumbbells is focused on strength training. You will need one to two pairs of dumbbells, preferrably a light pair, and a heavier pair depending on your fitness level. If you do not have dumbbells, no worries!! Soup cans work great for light weight and gallon water jugs or laundry detergent work for heavier lifts.
Make sure you have space and a mat.
