Gentle yoga for relieving tension in the body, reducing stress, and calming the mind. Poses will be introduced with lots of options and pauses to breathe and feel. Participants will be encouraged to listen to their bodies, and to honor their own unique strengths and limitations. All levels welcome. Safe for beginners as well as experienced practitioners who want to slow down into a gentle supportive practice for their bodies. Improving balance, stretching the muscles, and gaining awareness about ones own body through mindful movement and deep breathing.
