This class is for those who are comfortable with level 3+ and want to add movement and more challenging skills to their aerial pole repertoire. Aerial pole is complex - it's not just pole poses and transitions. Getting comfortable with, and mastering, the movement of the pole itself is another key element to really growing in your skill on the apparatus. To do so we will add more movement of the pole to what you already know.
In addition we will extend into the more advanced skills of pole, as well as hand loop work every so often ;)
This class will be adjusted to the input and requests of the students in each class, so come prepared to share your requests and goals, as well as current comfort level <3
