At ACCEL Performance and Wellness, we want to provide a high level of all types of recovery. Active Recovery is a 30 minute session to synchronize the body in order to improve overall movement, aid in recovery, decrease soreness and get prepared for the next workout session. Sessions will include dynamic mobility/flexibility to improve tolerance to movement, followed by targeted activation to enhance body awareness and control. Sessions will utilize foam rollers, mobility balls, jump bands, and other pieces of equipment in order to achieve the above goal.
