During this session you will be introduced to the 5 koshas, or 5 layers of being, and explore their role in your yoga practice. A yoga nidra will be past of this experience, moving through all 5 of the koshas for a direct experience of what has been presented. In addition to the 90 minute live stream session, a 30 minute supporting on demand video will be available for your viewing at your convenience
This class is part of the Tula Institute of Yoga 20 hour Yoga Philosophy module. Sessions may be audited individually, or you can sign up for the entire module. The module is 10 sessions spread out over 10 months. If you register for the module you can take any of the sessions during the current module, or future module, and you will be able to repeat any of the sessions in the future for review or clarity.
