with Gong Bath - 2 hours no heat.
Kundalini yoga
has so many benefits it is difficult to encapsulate all of them in
a few words. Through a series of exercises that are specifically
created to yield a desired result we enhance oxygen intake, bring
balance to the central nervous system, stretch, focus our minds,
create sound vibration and, in this case, receive the sounds of the
gong.
The gong is
unique and provides a customized experience for each of us. Come
and you shall feel it.
You may expect
to:
- Tune in,- Warm- up- pracitce Kriya, a specific set of exercises- practice Pranayam, specific breathwork- Meditation- & possibly release what is no longer needed while creating overall gain.
No
experience is necessary, but that doesn't mean it's “easy”. We do
spend a fair portion of time in seated
positions.
