Core Fire
Conditioning PLUS takes everything you already know from Core Fire
Conditioning and INTENSIFIES IT. We use our basic Pilates
principles, high intensity interval training, and traditional mat
exercises, while adding RESISTANCE TRAINING to put your muscles to
the test! Get the same high intensity, low-impact experience while
adding hand-weights (dumbbells) and resistance bands.
Class is accessible to all bodies and abilities, but we do
recommend trying our regular Core Fire Conditioning class before
jumping into PLUS.
