Previously Core Strength Power Performance
Experience Class Live in the Studio or Virtually via
Zoom.
1. Bring your own mat to session.
2. Equipment will be provided.
3. Session will take place in park or in small 4 person studio
(depending on attendance, capacity and weather).
4. Session will also be broadcasted over Zoom for those unable
to attend in person.
Systematically progress through 3 levels of intensity and
performance in this all levels circuit training class. Session
builds gradually; each circuit / round increases in intensity.
Progress with class or hold steady at level that makes sense for you.
Everyone will sweat!
