Feeling stressed, muscles tight, mind racing? Looking to improve your Yoga basics? Want a yoga workout after a long day at work? Our 40-minute Yoga Foundations class is for you. Yoga is taught by innovative instructors; each of which bring their unique style of yoga training to the mat. The classes will challenge, change and fuel your body's engine and spirit.
What to bring:
Water bottle, towel, lock, and grippy socks/bare feet!
*Please note that we maintain the studio at a fairly low temperature to ensure you don't overheat during your workout. Please wear layers that you can remove during your workout if needed!
