A golf swing is an asymmetrical movement that requires the
on-demand recruitment of many different muscle groups throughout
each phase. Core and pelvic stability, spinal flexibility, joint
mobility and muscle balance are all key factors to improving a
golfer’s overall performance and preventing injuries. This class
will address a golfer’s specific needs by incorporating the
functional movements and exercises on the Pilates Reformer that
will serve to lengthen and strengthen key stabilizing muscles while
improving posture and form. Look forward to an additional 15+ yards
