Pilates Intermediate Reformer takes participants beyond the fundamentals in Pilates Beginner Reformer and into the essential Pilates level I and II exercises. Your Pilates practice will expand as we begin to learn new ways to further strengthen the body and integrate our minds more fully into the work. This class is for those who have successfully demonstrated the basic Pilates principals and fundamental exercises in Pilates Beginner Reformer or for those who have learned Pilates reformer at another studio or a health club. *Minimum (5) Pilates Sessions required prior to enrolling in this class
