In this interactive program, girls experience the key fundamentals to mindfulness, simple morning exercise, a healthy breakfast, and strategies to improve sleep. This program will also focus on the skills and strategies for anxiety, self esteem, and confidence for success heading back to school.

Everyone receives a special event kit full of our art supplies, project materials, and journal!
If Provincial guidelines prevent us from holding in-person camp, your daughter will have the option of attending our Virtual Camp, have a credit for future programs, or receive a refund. Credits can be used towards any future camp, after-school program, or coaching session.
You may choose to register for Virtual Camp and have the option to upgrade to in-person if space is available. We will offer this on a first-come, first-served basis as spaces are very limited. Our virtual camps will run as planned, regardless of restrictions.
