We will start with breaking down the basic foundation and proper alignment, drills to get the body warm and props to help you find deeper backbends. Touching on poses like cobra, bridge, camel, bow, wheel & more! You will also learn how to safely exit each pose as well as all the benefits you receive from backbends!

1. To connect to the LIVE Zoom Class on your laptop or phone, you first need to make sure you have the app downloaded to your device.
2. Then log-in or create your Zoom account when it asks.
3. About 20 minutes before the class begins, the instructor will send you the Zoom Meeting link via email/text that will allow you to connect you to the session. Once you click on the link, the Zoom session will pop-up and connect you to the class.
