<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Do you love Pilates?</strong> Did you know it’s not just for grown-ups?!</p>
<p>It is important for bodies of all ages, particularly the rapidly growing and changing body of a child. So, we invite you and your little one(s) to join us for a super silly, fun and interactive class full of dancing and movement, both on and off the mat. We will focus on developing body awareness, good posture, core stability and flexibility while establishing proper principles of movement that will be used throughout our lives and have lots of fun while doing it! </p>
<p><strong>Who's it for?</strong> Little kids (ages 3-6) and their grown-ups</p>
<p><strong>What will we do?</strong> We will get our heart rates up with some dancing then work together to strengthen the muscles before a nice stretch session. We will be using our imagination and pretend play to keep the children engaged and excited to come back!</p>
