BAG TRAINING is for students of all levels. It consists of repetitive striking of impact pads and heavy bags. Through this highly challenging cardiovascular training students learn to strike with power and agility. Bag Training also increases muscular strength, is great for weight-loss and stress management. All participants are required to have bag gloves and shin protectors. During the pandemic class size is limited to 4 students and students are permitted to attend 1 bag training class per week.
