Participants will work through incorporating strength and conditioning into their routine. Footwork will be used to work on spatial awareness and full body coordination. Straight line speed and change of direction running mechanics will be included as well. Strength will be challenged by circuits, supersets, etc. Full body strength will be improved by working a combination of upper push/ lower pull, and upper pull/ lower push. No experience is needed, everyone is welcomed and encouraged to come and put their best work forward.
