By linking Pranayama (breath control), Asana (postures), and movement, this Vinyasa Flow 2 class offers a dynamic and rigorous 75-min flow to students who are looking to deepen their yoga practice. We will explore a variety of backbends, inversions, arm balances, and standing balances, as well as options for modifications, deeper expressions, and effective prop use. We will also explore and refine several variations of Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations). Join me each week to ignite deep, internal heat while increasing strength, flexibility, stamina, and focus--body, mind, and spirit! Though not suitable for true yogi beginners, you are welcome to modify your practice to best fit your needs, body, and goals.
