While “conditioning” the body and muscles is a part of aerial yoga, another part is muscle memory. In this foundations class, you will explore basic poses of aerial yoga, that can be built upon in the mixed level classes, and get the repeated practice necessary to build this muscle memory to get in and out of poses independently. Class is suitable NOT ONLY for beginners, but also for students who have been practicing and want to refine their alignment, memorize positioning, etc., as well as for instructors who wish to refine cuing.
** Anyone who struggles with motion sickness may experience during an aerial yoga class. Please alert the instructor before class.**
