Based upon the same sequence in our Power Yoga classes, Power
Yoga Essentials slows down the pace and focuses on the fundamentals
of Yoga including the physical form of the poses and the movement
of breath. Whether you are brand new to Power Yoga or have been
practicing for years, by deepening your understanding of alignment,
physical condition and spirit, you will experience transformation
and empowerment, and learn to practice at your own level. Our
Essential's class is practiced in a warm room, heated to 85
degrees, for increased flexibility and ridding the body of toxins.
