In this gentle practice, we focus on releasing held tension and emotion by slowing down, connecting with the breath, and balancing energy through awareness and movement. We may explore many facets of yoga, including postures, breathing techniques, mudras, mantras, and different forms of meditation, to free the flow of prana in the body. At times, we also work with restorative poses and guided relaxation. Lighten your heart and mind, relieve stress, and ease pain and tension.
