If you are pressed for time during the week, this series is for you! Classes combine 30 minute weekday classes with a 50 minute class on Saturday for a total of 3 classes a week. All classes are live on zoom and are recorded if you cannot attend live.Tuesdays class is a 30 minute Pilates with resistance class incorporating a resistance band and two small weights. Thursdays class is a 30 minute Pilates flow class that energizes and mobilizes the entire body while building tissue resiliency. Saturdays class is a no prop Pilates full body flow class that will tone, mobilize, and recover the entire body.
Tuesday: Pilates with Resistance 12pm (small weights +
resistance band)
Thursday: Pilates Flow 12pm (no props)
Saturday: Pure Pilates Full Body 9:30am (no props mat flow)
