A mixed modal training with an emphasis on strength and conditioning. In our one hour GPP class we will always warm up, have a strength component, and cardiovascular conditioing. Our primary foucs is on Gymnastics, strength training via Olympic weightlifting, and cardiovascular training. Our cardiovascular training primarily consists of running, biking, and rowing. This class is for everyone as every class can be scaled down for the beginner OR it can also be scaled up for the fittest of the fit. If you desire general health and fitness and desire to be the best you you can be then this class is for you!!
