Beginners & those wanting a slower pace; this is the class for you.
In this class we will focus on the fundamentals of Pilates. A strong foundation is critical for improved coordination, balance and control as you progress in your practice. Choose this class if you are new to Pilates or if you feel like you need a refresher.
This class will move a bit slower, feel free to take this class if you are well versed in Pilates but want a different pace to hear and follow through with cues because this is still a workout!
Expect to leave class feeling more present, centered and calm.
