MamaCore is a therapeutic
practice, specifically designed for mothers as early as 8 weeks
postpartum and anywhere after. The MamaCore practice blends the
wisdom of Yoga with functional rehabilitation to address core
strengthening, diastasis healing, and pelvic floor re-integration.
Dr. Kate's class combines the physical practice to build strength
and balance, with the community to build connection and support as
we navigate the motherhood transition together.
MamaCore is ideal for: the new mama who feels ready to begin their postpartum healing journey, the busy mama who gave birth years ago but still feels the presence of abdominal separation (diastasis recti), or any women noticing symptoms of pelvic floor weakness (stress incontinence). No matter how old your children are or where you are on your postpartum journey - MamaCore was created to provide the space to connect with other mothers while educating and empowering you with the tools to heal your body. NOTE: Everyone registered for
the entire session will receive access to a recorded copy of the
class each week so you can watch it at a more convenient time or
practice again later in the week. Recorded classes can be viewed
throughout the session and expire one week after the last class.
