DCFC Strength & Conditioning Program
9v9 SAQ (U11-U12)
SAQ. SAQ – Speed, Agility and Quickness – aims to improve the athlete's ability to perform explosive multi-directional movements by reprogramming the neuromuscular system so that it can work more efficiently, better coordinating the body and brain. Our goal in this age group is to increase balance, contralateral coordination, and over overall movement and running mechanics. Progressions will start at week one and continue to build throughout the 24 weeks. Consistency is very important for maximal results.
11v11 (U13-U14)
Foundational Strength & <wbr />Conditioning
Starting with the basics ensures injury risk reduction as well as physical performance improvement. Our core goal in at this level is to introduce form and mechanics of sports performance. We will delve into anatomical terminology so that athletes understand the power of positioning and its benefits to the entire structure. Progressions will start at week one and continue to build throughout the 24 weeks. Consistency is very important for maximal results.

11v11 (U15-19)
College Bound Strength & Conditioning
At this level strength is the building block for power, speed, speed, endurance, reducing the risk, severity, and incidence of injury. Our goal is to develop sound core and lower body strength through two- or one-legged squat techniques. The development of strength is the basis for optimizing lower body superiority. We will use methods not limited to squat jumps, multi-response plyometric, banded or chain squatting, and heavy partial movements in progressions throughout the 24 weeks. Consistency is very important for maximal results.
