In Slow Flow, students may experience sequencing that will
move them fluidly from one posture to the next or sometimes take
longer within each posture. Our morning class incorporates a sweet
morning slow vinyasa flow to get our blood moving, our bodies
energized and strengthened, and hearts open to good intentions.
This all-levels flow class will
release stress, stretch and tone the body, help us to rebalance,
and get students ready to transition gracefully from the busy day
into a peaceful evening through awareness of the body.
