In Slow Flow, students may experience sequencing that will move them fluidly from one posture to the next or sometimes take longer within each posture. Our morning class incorporates a sweet morning slow vinyasa flow to get our blood moving, our bodies energized and strengthened, and hearts open to good intentions. You will love how this practice sets the tone for the rest of your day!
During the afternoon and evening, this all-levels flow class will release stress, stretch and tone the body, help us to rebalance, and get students ready to transition gracefully from the busy day into a peaceful evening through awareness of the body.
