This is a great class for beginners or for students who want
to balance their practice with more focus on alignment, ease, and
deeper stretching. Through slow movement, the students in this
class will also be given the chance to learn to move without pain
using props to help bring ease and balance to the body. Students
can expect to leave feeling more relaxed, rejuvenated, and
stronger. All ages and abilities are welcome to enjoy the benefits
of slower practice.
