An easy approach to yoga that is slow & steady. Helps elongate the spine & open the hips. Abdominal, balance and seated excersises. We work a series of exercises to streghthen your core. The class is fitting for students who are new to yoga, those with physical limitations & those recovering from injuries.
Suitable for those that are able to get up & down from a yoga mat with or without assistance.
Must be able to up and down from yoga mat without assistence. Chair can be provided if needed.
