Become aware of your 5 Kosha (layers/bodies) and learn how to expand and nourish each of them to live a healthy and blissful life.
This meditation series will begin with an explanation of each kosha which you’ll be guided on an ever-deepening journey through the layers, including breath, mantra and relaxation to purify and expand your awareness of each body: physical body, energy body, mental/emotional body, intuitive body and bliss body.
You will acquire deeper knowledge on how to nourish and expand each layer and for the grand finale, savor your inner bliss with a Kosha Nidra as you “retreat” deeper within.
