<p>This class focuses on building the strength of the core muscles of the torso utilizing yoga, pilates, and lumbar stabilization techniques. Hip and shoulder girdle strengthening are also incorporated along with lengthening of the muscles worked, to promote a strong and supple body. Options<span style="font-size: 10pt;"> and modifications are offered and encouraged.</span></p>
<p>This class is a hybrid in-studio class - meaning that the Teacher will be recorded during class so students can also join from home (Students in the studio will not be seen in the recording).<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>A recording of the class will be posted for 48 hours for all in-studio and on-line students - so you can enjoy the practice from home again if you want - as long as you do within 48 hours after the class.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>Unlimited class members will have access to all classes at Posabilities for 1 month from class posting. </p>
