Providing an opportunity for all levels to mindfully explore
postures to help lengthen, strengthen and improve functional
mobility in the hips and hamstrings.
This practice will involve safe alignment and flow through
poses to counteract the effects that long term sitting can have on
the body. When the hips and hamstrings are open, it can bring
better pelvic alignment to relieve discomfort and promote proper
support of the spine.
