Combine the benefits of Pilates & Yoga in this fusion style practice! Find a balance of stretching and stability. Each class is structured the same, start off with gentle stretching and breathing exercises. Then, move into core circuits consisting of 2-3 exercises targeting the shoulder, core, and pelvic stability. End each circuit with a deeper stretch to release tension. Level 2 class.
To help us continue providing in-studio classes, we want to provide a couple of quick reminders for coming in:
1. Make sure your mask fits properly. Please have your mask UP covering your nose and mouth throughout the entire class, going forward teachers will ask you to cover up if your mask happens to fall down. We don't want to be a bummer, but this is for everyone's safety.
2. We know that many people have sinus issues this time of year and have coughing issues while laying dow. If you may cough during class, please bring a cough or sneeze guard with you. We have handkerchiefs available for you to keep if you forget.
