Up to 12 people, 1 instructor. Once you understand the basic
concepts and exercises of Pilates mat work, you must begin to focus
more on flow and efficiency of movement. This class is a non-stop
workout that covers Joe's classical mat exercises. Some classes
(depending on the instructor's focus that day) will utilize weights
and props such as magic circles, foam rollers and balls. Newly
added props make mat classes even more dynamic -- PilatesStick and
FreeFormBoards have been added to the already extensive mix! Get
ready to lengthen and strengthen as you work toward total mind/body
control. (45-50 minutes). No prerequisite required.
