Breathe and flow through this open level, mid-day vinyasa class. This moving meditation sets you up for a connection to body, mind, and breath. Classes include dynamic sequences that increases strength, flexibility, and awareness of your body and thoughts.
You'll leave feeling a bit lighter and more focused than when you entered. Even better than a power nap (which incidentally is pretty much included at the end of class)!
