NOTE: The heat is maintained at 85* for this class and evening classes have low/dim lighting.
This class is a 60-minute warm power flow.
You will be creatively led through a series of asanas (postures) connecting breath with body movement - creating a practice that is truly a moving meditation.
You will have space to come as you are, without judgment, and leave stronger both mentally and physically.
The warm room is not unbearable, and helps to facilitate a gentle sweat as you move your energy.
Water cooler and towels provided.
