Please Come Prepared:
1. You must wear clothing that doesn’t have zippers, Velcro, buttons, or anything that can get caught in the silk.
2. You must wear clothing that covers the armpits and back of the knees.
3. No lotions or essential oils on your hands and skin 3 hrs prior to class.
4. You cannot have anything sharp on the body (including jewelry, body piercings, or nails)
