You must have taken at least 12 classes or 2 months of Lagree before joining us in this class. These classes are silghtly different than our all levels and bit more advanced!
They are taught by the owners/more advanced instructors. “YOU still do you” but please note not many modifications will be shared in these classes. You must have a good foundation and knoweldge of lagree to take this class.
You may get lucky and get Heaher or Jesse (possibly both) combined have taught over 5000 classes and have 8+ years experince teaching the Lagree method. You may find these classes are designed to help take you to new limits and challenge you in ways you didn't know you could be challenged. You may be on lighter springs or a series may be done on the back. And you may find a few extra holds or pulses, some additional exercises/moves or even quicker transitions to ELEVATE your workout to new heights! All these things come with understanding lagree. You may also find these classes to be a bit more challenging mentally. These clases will have a few more moves, additional varations, quicker transitions and maybe a few more exercises incorperated in them. These classes are designed to really help you discover your potential and grow in our method.
A message from the owners: We want all our students to be successful and work towards their maxium potential. Lagree is ever evolvoing and always changing, so you might find some new moves in these classes. After 10 years of experince in the fitness industry and constantly working to advance in the method and grow our knowledge of lagree; we understand that this is not a method you can just teach with your eyes closed. It takes time to gain the skills to become a novice. Because of the intricate details and time involved in learning the lagree method, we have grown to understand and try to educate in our clasess on another level. So that when you walk out of class, you may have gained a little insight on how you can grow mentally not just physically in the Lagree method.
