Our newest addition to the virtual line-up, this Pilates-based
exercise evening unwind class focuses on braiding three essential
parts: breath, your spine, and constant movement. The class will
target the relationship between the articulation of the spine and
other joints with the flow of the breath. Also, extensions and
chest openers.
By activating the deep muscles of the core we can decompress
the spine, which allows for beautiful elongation. Together we move
through the Pilates method powered by your breath with a
concentration on mobilizing joints both big and small by focusing
more on mobility and fluidity with a constant stream of
movement.
We think it's a great way to unfurl the tightness of the body
brought on by the day's activities especially if you're been on
your laptop, home computer, or tablet.
