This class is for Freshman or Sophomores who need extra help with their Academy curriculum, or unable to attend their regularly scheduled class. You will only be taught the moves in your current level. You may perform your graduation routine during this class at any time. IF YOU ARE A NEW MEMBER, you are considered a Freshman, and you are able to begin taking this class! :)
Bring a small towel for wiping the pole and/or your body. DO NOT APPLY ANY LOTION OR OILS FOR 24 HOURS PRIOR TO COMING TO CLASS. Recommended clothing: Shorts, tank top, t-shirt, sports bra, etc. DO NOT WEAR YOGA PANTS!
BRING SOMETHING TO TAKE NOTES WITH. Hand grip positions and tricks names can be difficult to remember for beginners. If you move up quickly, take notes of things you learn!
