Learning to pole dance without conditioning is like trying to build a house with no foundation. This class is a MUST in your pole practice! This class will guide you in building up strength and stamina for pole dancing at any level.
Ever wonder how some polers can advance so quickly? They condition! We will do pole exercises to condition the skin and muscles, as well as train every type of pole grip and invert there is. From beginner to advance, this class should be a staple in your pole practice. FOR ALL LEVELS!
Wear shorts and traditional style workout clothes. DO NOT WEAR YOGA PANTS!!! Bring a small towel for wiping the pole and/or your body. DO NOT APPLY ANY LOTION OR OILS 24 HOURS PRIOR TO COMING TO CLASS.
