This class is for beginners and brand new polers! We will cover fundamentals like body waves, figure 8’s, push/pull concept, pole sits, and other pole basics.
Bring a small towel for wiping the pole and/or your body. DO NOT APPLY ANY LOTION OR OILS FOR 24 HOURS PRIOR TO COMING TO CLASS. Recommended clothing: Shorts, tank top, t-shirt, sports bra, etc. DO NOT WEAR YOGA PANTS!!!
This class is for BEGINNERS. In order to give new students a chance to develop, please don't sign up for this class unless you are truly a beginner. Freshman welcome!
