Join Monica for a mellow and calming evening yoga class,
uniquely created to support you in finding relaxation, balance and
ease. In addition to a soft candlelight yoga practice, this class
will include techniques such as breath work, positive imagery, and
quiet reflection. Join us on Wednesday evenings to release and
unwind into a state of calm. No yoga experience necessary to join
the class. Feel free to bring a journal, a blanket and/or
props.
