Lets turn the temperature up! In this class we are going to explore a traditional Vinyasa flow with the added element of a warmer than usual room. Our Yoga practice already has so many benefits such as helping improve our strength, our felxibilty, and even lowering our stress levels. A heated yoga class can provide an even greater, more intense work out. The heat can give your heart, muscles, and lungs a greater challenge than your standard Yoga practice.
